At the appointment ceremony, Chairman Yang passed the baton of Xinshichuang's operation to Mr. Fang Maoxiang, officially appointing him as the president of Xinshichuang Group. Mr. Fang Maoxiang has successively held positions as the assistant to the chairman, director of the asset management department, executive vice president of Shanghai Asia Adhesive Company, and founder and general manager of Hangzhou Dingli Materials Company. This new appointment indicates Chairman Yang's trust and recognition.
