Construction method
Before bonding the insulation board, the strength and flatness of the base layer should be checked to ensure they meet the requirements.
First, add an appropriate amount of water to the mixer, then slowly add the powder and stir thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until the slurry is uniform. (Reference ratio powder: water=1:0.20-0.25), let it stand for 5 minutes, stir evenly again, and it can be used.
Use the strip bonding method or point frame method to paste, apply the bonding mortar to the insulation board, then stick the insulation board to the base surface, press it tightly, and use a horizontal ruler to adjust the flatness.
After 24 hours of pasting the insulation board, anchor bolts can be installed.

Reference amount
3.5-4.5kg/m2 (actual usage depends on the roughness of the base surface, environmental factors, etc.)

Precautions
The construction temperature is between 5-35 ℃, the relative humidity is ≤ 85%, the wind speed is not greater than level 5, and protective measures must be taken during rainy and winter construction.
The mixed mortar should be used within 2 hours, and it is strictly prohibited to mix the dried mortar with water.
It is strictly prohibited to add cement, sand, and other additives without authorization.
Attention should be paid to moisture, rain, and sun protection during transportation and storage.

Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
