Scope of application
Engineering lightweight plastering gypsum is suitable for interior wall plastering projects in newly constructed, renovated, and expanded buildings, and is a commonly used building plastering material for interior decoration.

Construction method
Before plastering, complete the reinforcement work.
The base layer should be solid, clean, and free of visible water. The strength of the base layer should be greater than or close to the strength of putty. For the base layer with strong water absorption, it should be moistened with clean water or sprayed with interface agent for bottom sealing treatment before scraping and leveling the gypsum.
Dilute with powder: water=10:4-5 and stir thoroughly for 10 minutes to form a uniform paste. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes and stir evenly again before use.
Use a steel scraper or spatula to scrape as usual, with a single scraping thickness of 3.0-10mm.
When the wall surface is flat and has a large drop, it can be scraped in batches. The number of scraping times should not be too many, usually two batches. The second coating can only be applied after the previous coating is dry.
After leveling the gypsum and drying it, there is no need to polish it. Fine putty can be scraped and paint can be applied.
Reference amount
Each ton of lightweight plastering gypsum powder, calculated at 1cm of plastering, can be applied with approximately 130 square meters of wet slurry after mixing (with a deviation of 5% of soil), excluding losses and deviations caused by uneven walls. (The construction area is related to the construction method, environment, flatness of the base surface, and plastering thickness)
Precautions
The construction temperature is between 5-35 ℃, and the relative humidity is ≤ 85%.
This product should be used within 1 hour after being formulated into a paste to avoid affecting its workability after hardening.
The thickness of a single construction should not be less than 3mm to avoid powder loss due to rapid water loss.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 6 months.
