Latex additive 4237 is a latex additive specifically designed to significantly improve the performance of pre mixed cement mortar, enabling it to meet high requirements for pasting stone, ceramic tiles, and other materials; Pre mixed cement mortar 211 is a cement-based pre mixed mortar made from carefully selected raw materials and accurately proportioned. The two-component adhesive formed by the combination of the two has high bonding strength, flexibility, and durability. Especially suitable for pasting large ceramic tiles, ceramic sheets, vitrified tiles, stone, microcrystalline stone, etc. indoors and outdoors.

Scope of application
适合混凝土、砌体墙、水泥砂浆找平层、 水泥衬板、石膏板、水磨石基面、旧砖面 等基层贴砖以及旧基面上翻新界面处理。

Construction method
基层处理
基层应坚实、清洁、不晃动、无油污、无蜡渍、无混凝土养护剂和其它松散物。在吸水率大的基层或在高温、干燥的环境下，施工前须先润湿基 层至外干内湿状态。基层的平整度应保证不大于3mm/2m。如果达不到要求，则需先进行找平或者在施工时选用齿深较大的刮板。
胶浆配制
将适量乳液加入到搅拌桶中，搅拌的同时慢慢投入粉料，混合比例为粉料：液料为4:1（重量比，以施工方便为准）。用电动搅拌器搅拌至均匀无 结块，放置5-10分钟，再次充分搅拌方可使用，2小时之内完成施工最佳。
瓷砖粘贴
用齿型刮板将瓷砖粘结剂涂抹于基层上，使之均匀分布，并梳理成一条条齿状。每次涂布1 平方米左右，然后在晾置时间内将瓷砖揉压于上即可。 刮板齿深大小应考虑工作面的平整度和瓷砖背面的凸凹程度。
Precautions
最佳施工温度须在 5-35℃之间。
本品没有防水效果，如需要请用防水产品。
基面须平整坚固，建议“薄层施工法”。
确保施工时的饱满度，并保持接触面完全接触。
在未凝固前须进行保护，避免室外雨天施工，以免影响品质。
本品含有水泥成分 , 应注意保护眼睛，万一接触，可用大量清水清洗。

Transportation and storage
运输过程中避免雨淋和日晒。需储存在阴凉干燥的仓库内，防止受潮，严禁与水接触。
存储期：：桶装产品12个月，袋装产品6个月。
